About the Role:
As a vital member of our Aftermarket Team, you'll drive sales and operational activities while fostering strong relationships with our partners. Collaborating closely with management, you'll contribute to business development, dealer support, and product management efforts. Your role will involve crafting product definitions, conducting market analysis, and creating compelling materials to support our business unit initiatives. Additionally, you'll provide technical sales support, manage various assets, and oversee local/national events, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales and operational activities, emphasizing relationship management.
Execute go-to-market strategies effectively.
Provide technical sales support for Aftermarket, Marine & Power Sports sectors.
Manage Aftermarket tools & assets, including price guides, brochures, and digital platforms.
Organize and oversee local/national events and dealer-based education sessions.
Utilize PowerPoint and/or Keynote proficiency for presentations and materials.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales, installation, product management, or marketing.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strategic thinking ability with a knack for innovative solutions.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience with Mobile, Marine, and Powersports aftermarket products.
Demonstrated track record of growth and customer recognition.
Social media management skills (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).
Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign proficiency.
Spanish language proficiency.
Eligibility:
Willingness to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international trips.
Ability to work remotely full-time with occasional office visits (with 24-hour notice).
Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
