This role is a pathway to account management, sales engineering, and business development.The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing existing accounts and providing technical support to customers. This is a supply chain and logistics role with a technical component.Responsibilities:Work with enterprise industrial customers to interpret requests and specifications of mechanical equipment.Using your engineering background, actively develop real-world solutions for customers.Prepare quotes for mechanical equipment, see through delivery & follow-up.Utilize advanced ERP system to perform order entry, acknowledgement, status checking and expediting.Troubleshoot Emerson flow control products such as control valves and regulators.Grow your own business with the support of our Emerson Impact Partner team.
