We are looking for an experienced Salesperson to join our custom build design and construction firm. This position requires advanced customer service and relationship building skills and the ability to utilize lead tracking and digital marketing tools. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
What You Will Be Doing Develop extensive knowledge of sales and contract process, home features, and Design Studio process. Respond to leads promptly, schedule in-person appointments, qualify leads based on needs, preferences, budget considerations. Present floor plans and pricing to prospective clients, maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, provide information and marketing materials. Build and manage database of leads through online platforms. Use lead-management software to track activity and sales conversion ratios. Monitor website and social media presence, competitive analysis. Participate in e-mail campaigns, contribute to accuracy and usability of website. Meet with prospects, lead them through sales process, manage client expectations. Engage with realtors, participate in community events, supporting industry initiatives. What You Need for this Position Past experience in construction sales or related industry (+5 years). Strong understanding of sales process, sales strategies and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
