Success Driven Sales Agents Needed - Remote - Training Provided The Birnbaum Agency is earnestly looking for business partners to mentor for successful sales, leadership and business owners' positions. We are looking for that confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual , to build a team and sell simplified instant-issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about losing their home or making their mortgage payments in the event of death, or disability. We offer range of whole life products, retirement solutions, mortgage/debt elimination program, and some cancer/heart attack protection solutions.
How does this work? Clients fill out a form requesting information, the field underwrite/life agent will call to set the appointments and meet with them over the phone or through a zoom meeting if requested and help them apply for the insurance policy.
We will train you to be successfu l in our industry through online training from the industry's best sales reps and team builders, one on one mentorship, and events. No experience necessary but looking for grit and perseverance. Individuals with a growth mindset that are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are required to reach the top level. This is a 100% commission opportunity to build long term wealth.*
COMPENSATION The average commission is around $450 to $650 per application (results vary).
Full time underwriters/agents write about 5 or more applications per week. The new agent can have the option of doing this part-time or full-time.
Agents that have been working with Symmetry (the agency) for a few years who are consistently promoted every two to three months generate a passive income of $200,000 to $500,000 a year.
