We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Agent Sales Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients protect their assets, manage risks, and secure their future. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and warm market calling. NO COLD CALLING Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide them with customized insurance solutions. Educate clients on different insurance products, explaining coverage options, policy terms, and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business and cross-selling insurance products to existing clients. Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and changes in products and services to provide accurate information and advice to clients. Collaborate with underwriters and claims representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients. Maintain accurate client records and documentation, including policy details and communication history. Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build trust. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage client information and policies effectively. Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively handle objections. Familiarity with insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Valid insurance license for the respective jurisdiction(s). Previous experience as an insurance agent or in a related sales role, preferred will train as needed Knowledge of different types of insurance, such as life, and health.
