Responsibilities
• Sell and promote products and services to meet individual and company goals• Develop and implement a customer contact plan and engage potential customers• Identify opportunities and present solutions that meet customer needs• Provide custom presentations and business reviews on Veritiv solutions• Utilize CRM to schedule follow-up actions and build upon customer interactions• Represent the organization at business sector events• Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints• Collaborate with sales representatives to expand knowledge and promote solutions• Leverage sales technology and tools to meet strategic account planning objectives• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales competencies
Requirements
• Experience and knowledge in Packaging is strongly preferred• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to sudden changes• Excellent verbal, written, and diplomacy skills required• Ability to effectively present information and persuade• Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with team members• Sales or account management experience preferred• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM preferred• Demonstrate understanding of managing a customized sales cycle• 5-10 years of related job experience• High School Diploma/GED
