Responsibilities
• Run pre-set company-provided leads• Generate leads with neighbors of sales calls• Follow the Rodney Webb Sales System and attend Rodney Webb University classes• Inspect gutters, roofs, and attics• Do a Digital Analysis on every sales call• Sell Reference Sheets on every sales call• Obtain references from existing customers• Present and sell company services and products• Attend sales meetings and one-on-ones• Work home shows as directed• Upload information to C-Flow after each call• Follow up on Demo Maybes• Develop and deliver sales presentations
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Previous sales experience• Ability to persuade and influence others• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record• PC proficient• Business casual dress attire• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and one weekend a month
