• Stay up-to-date on the latest Chevrolet models• Communicate benefits and advantages of Chevrolet vehicles• Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions• Greet customers and actively listen to their needs• Guide customers through the sales process• Conduct test drives and negotiate pricing and terms• Build and maintain strong customer relationships• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation• Work towards achieving sales targets• Stay informed about sales promotions and incentives
Requirements
• Proven experience in automotive sales or related field• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment• Knowledge of financing options and ability to explain them• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
