Lithia Motors in Lodi, CA is looking for one sales representative to join our 7 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. Responsibilities Build a system and portfolio to grow your book of business, and have a marketing team to back you up on campaign efforts This is primarily an inside sales and administrative role to find new business opportunities and generate proposals Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and bidding requirements Prepare and review budget and estimate details and recognize errors Ability to accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor and equipment; ensuring all areas of estimate covers all components and labor within the project(s) scope Develop relationships with general contractors, engineers, owners, developers and other end users Perform take-offs from construction plans (blueprints) and interpret specifications Participate in bid strategy meetings and presentation meetings as required Provide technical support as required to assist in the "sale" of a project Be accountable for the accuracy of the estimate prepared Determine best product for project to optimize profit and safety Ability to research and understand our products so you can confidently up-sell our customers to compatible products. Qualifications Excellent negotiation, organization and communication skills Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic Ability to work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.), including utilizing customer relationship management system (CRM) Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations A valid driver's license with a clean driving record B2B outside sales experience with demonstrated success generating leads, landing appointments and closing new business. Skilled at updating and maintaining CRM software – this will be your pipeline and system for tracking your leads Skilled at handling multiple technology platforms, including your CRM system, updating and sending your own proposals, and direct-messaging leads via social media Experience calling on commercial, corporate, education, medical, industrial or any other vertical with businesses requiring commercial cleaning services. Self-motivation combined with a passion for winning and the drive to get out in the field daily. Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport. Professionalism, a strong work ethic, and excellent follow-up and follow-through skills. We are looking forward to reading your application.
