Responsibilities
• Effectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes DR Horton as the best solution available• Overcome objections and close sales• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions• Continually source new sales opportunities• Create and provide a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships• Network and perform outreach to realtors• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with the team• Maintain and expand database of prospects• Attend sales meetings• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions• Proficiency with MS Office and email• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, and move up to 25 pounds• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions• Licensing requirements vary by state• Prior CRM software experience• Previous sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred• Excel in intercommunications and interactions• Strongly motivated
