Are you passionate about cars and love helping customers find their perfect vehicle?Royal Moore Buick GMC Mazda, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Auto Sales Product Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in achieving sales goals and assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.Responsibilities:Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.Provide accurate and detailed information about various vehicle models, features, pricing, and options.Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and assist customers in evaluating their options.Negotiate sales prices and financing options to meet customer budgets and sales targets.Collaborate with the finance and management teams to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.Qualifications:Previous experience in auto sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
