What you'll do: Build demo environments and work with sales to deliver a technical demo to potential clients. Partner with Canopy customers to design, build, and maintain custom reports. Analyze data sets and provide recommendations for structuring reports and dashboards Build reporting to provide actionable insights for customers. Stay updated with the latest Canopy product updates. Develop rapport with customers to understand their business needs and provide guidance. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timeliness in deliverables to customers. Support demos of Canopy Insights to existing and potential customers The skills you'll need: 1-2+ of data analytics or sales engineer experience. 1-2+ years of SaaS industry experience Ownership. Craving responsibility and accountability to the role's above description Project management. Once your application is received, we will review it and get back to you if we feel like it's a mutual fit! 20 minute phone call with the People Team 45-60 minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager 1-3 rounds of interviews depending on the role Final Interview Interview processes can vary depending on the role. The People Team will give you a role specific overview of the process during your first phone call.
