Job Summary:Blasius Auto Centers, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Brookfield, Connecticut. This is a full-time position that offers a base salary plus commission structure. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring a positive customer experience at our dealership. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay of $40,000 to $140,000 per year (based on experience and performance)Commission structure on all salesPaid weeklyEmployee discounts on vehicles and partsOpportunities for growth and advancement within the companyResponsibilities:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicles, products, and servicesActively listen and respond to customers' needs, providing exceptional customer service at all timesConduct test drives with potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits of our vehiclesNegotiate sale and lease options on new and used vehiclesUtilize various sales techniques to close deals and maintain customer satisfactionGenerate and follow up on leads to generate new businessMeet and exceed monthly sales quotas set by the dealershipMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activityParticipate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and servicesCollaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practicesAdhere to all dealership policies and proceduresRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or business is a plusPrior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industryValid driver's license and clean driving recordProven ability to achieve and exceed sales targetsStrong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitudeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentFlexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsProficient computer skills and a working knowledge of CRM softwareAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsEEOC statement:Blasius Auto Centers is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
