Who knows where our shared journey will take you? This role supports the Automation Digital Business Development functions within the Siemens DI Industrial Automation Organization. This role will apply the Opportunity to Order (O2O) understanding with specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks. The role will typically operate under supervision, however, will perform his/her tasks independently.We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist. This position will be based remotely anywhere within the eastern or central timezones of the United States. You'll make an impact by:Creation and management of in-bound lead process and distribution of leads to teamWork with Marketing on lead qualification criteria.Develop tracking process to monitor outside sales and/or distributor partners to track an opportunity to close.Conduct research; pull contact information from Zoom and other tools.Creation of records in SieSales (Salesforce) and OutreachCreate and maintain reporting; work with IT, Sales Excellence to modify existing systems.Team expert in all tools – Outreach, SieSales, Zoom, Sales Navigator etcTrain new employees on tools and processesDevelop training materials.Understands company processes and policies related to sales.Provides support to Account Development Rep team in campaign execution.Works with Manager to help improve processes and tools.Small Projects as needed.You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Highly organized and can multi-task2+ years of professional experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and OutreachReporting/forecast process; training/knowledge transfer to internal/external; process improvement engagement as an active participantWorks well on a team and has strong communication skills.Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.Complex analysis of policy, workflows, process and system tools and transactions to facilitate timely and accurate transactions that comply with prevailing policy and process guidelines.Reporting/forecast process; training/knowledge transfer to internal/external; process improvement engagement as an active participant.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong phone contact skills.Preferred Qualifications:Associates or Bachelors' degree from college or university2+ years of inside sales and/or direct selling experience.Prior professional research experience in sales and/or marketing capacity.You'll benefit from:Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
