Role Objectives:
Lead and execute all S&OP processes for Moose globally, with an initial focus on US/Canadian market. Work closely with regional teams (Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Finance) to drive discussion and alignment on forecasted volumes, ensuring gaps are identified, addressed, and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
·

A minimum

of 3 years'

experience in account and operations planning experience in a similar role.
·

Must hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, Supply Chain Management, Business or Finance.
·

Experience or knowledge of the toy industry and S&OP best practices processes would be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
·

Prepare all materials (reports/presentations) in support of monthly meetings.
·

Organize and lead forecast alignment meetings for key stakeholders in the Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
·

Present updated KPIs, forecasts and open discussion topics to regional leadership teams for review every month.
·

Submit monthly production forecasts, reflecting agreed upon volume targets, to MFE/Global Operations for the US and Canadian markets.
·

Consolidate Global S&OP forecast submissions and prepare monthly presentation to communicate results to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and key stakeholders.
·

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the S&OP process.
·

Develop, enhance, and implement tools and BI reporting to allow users to more easily access and self-serve forecast data.

Work Hours:
8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.
Salary Band:
USD $85,000-$100,000
