The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness from lead management to post-installation follow-ups. This role demands a proactive, organized individual who can seamlessly manage multiple tasks, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service while driving our sales operations toward achieving set goals.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize lead flow through our CRM system, ensuring all potential clients are engaged promptly and effectively.Produce accurate and competitive estimates using vendor software, aligning with client needs and project specifications.Schedule and coordinate the timely delivery of materials, ensuring all resources are in place for installation projects.Work closely with the installation teams to coordinate and oversee the installation process, ensuring timelines are met, and quality standards are upheld.Interface with the billing department to ensure all fees are collected punctually, resolving any billing issues that may arise.Compile and manage permit packages, ensuring all installations comply with local regulations and standards.Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales operations, project management, or a related field.Proficiency in CRM software and vendor-specific estimation tools.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory.About Company:Sea Breeze Impact Windows & Doors is an emerging player in the Impact Proof Window industry, committed to providing quality sourcing and installation to our valued clients.For all intents and purposes we are in startup mode.
