The role of Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the sales and marketing department. This position primarily involves managing inbounds hot lead transfers, assisting in database cleanups with a focus on Text and Email activities, and stepping in as a fill-in community salesperson as required. The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist will also be responsible for handling special projects as assigned, ensuring their timely and successful completion. Flexibility and adaptability are key as this role may entail additional duties to support departmental needs and objectives.
Facilitate inbounds hot lead transfers efficiently and effectively. Aid in database cleanups with a focus on Text and Email activities to ensure accuracy and relevance. Serve as a backup community salesperson when necessary and as directed. Oversee and coordinate special projects as delegated. Undertake additional duties as required or assigned to support team objectives. Five (5) or more years in a sales & marketing role. Industry experience beneficial. Proficient in basic Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Power Point. Familiar with advertising, media, print and design terminology. Strong organization, detail orientation, and ability to multi-task. May be required to travel on behalf of Company. Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle). Must possess valid driver's license. Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs. Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Atria Motor Vehicle Policy standards.
