Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a strong understanding of web3 technologies and a proven track record of generating leads, marketing initiatives, and increasing followers on social media platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success in the blockchain industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients and partners through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
- Create compelling marketing content and campaigns to promote Huellas Labs' products and services across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Manage and maintain Huellas Labs' social media accounts, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and leadership, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem.
- Proven track record of generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and increasing social media followers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
