Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Business Development/Sales experience within the staffing and recruiting industry.
At least 3 years of experience in team management and coaching.
Proven track record in sales, with a focus on developing and optimizing sales processes.
Prior exposure to selling alternative Workforce Solutions, such as Managed Services, Direct Sourcing, and RPO, is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
Self-motivated, accountable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Possess a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
