Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to set revenue targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed forecasts.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the needs of our customers are consistently met and exceeded through exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a remote team to achieve sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with team members and clients remotely.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, with a track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
