Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and account management. This is a key leadership role within our organization, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales performance.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports
- Train and mentor sales team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Solid understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Experience in business development, including identifying new market opportunities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
