As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the existing sales team, driving revenue growth, and actively participating in the recruitment and development of new team members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in food packaging sales, strong leadership skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the current sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members to support the company's growth objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive current and future revenue growth in the food packaging industry. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for team expansion and product development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the food industry. Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager in the food packaging industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.
