• Leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors• Responsible for all aspects of the retail business• Promoting a culture of accountability• Driving company profitability• Planning and executing in-store events• Reviewing/interpreting financial and operational reporting• Performing make-up applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent• Supporting associate professional development• Establishing strong brand partner relationships• Promoting a culture of teamwork and guest service excellence• Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program flawlessly• Supporting continuous improvement• Executing day-to-day inventory control processes• Communicating and providing feedback to field leadership
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience• Bachelor's degree is preferred• Financial management experience• Retail management experience• Leadership management experience• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
