Job Summary:Nissan of Gadsden is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team, as well as driving sales and achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the auto industry, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time position in the auto industry that offers a competitive payplan of $70,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, there is a generous commission structure that offers the potential for additional earnings. The compensation package also includes benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.* Nissan of Gadsden also offers 4 weeks Paid Vacation, 401k match, Health and Dental Insurance after one year of employment.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to sales team membersDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targetsEnsure exceptional customer service is provided at all times and address any customer concerns or complaintsTrain, coach, and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and achieve individual and team sales goalsMonitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordinglyCollaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective promotions and campaigns to drive salesMaintain a positive and professional working relationship with other departments within the dealershipPrepare sales reports and present them to upper management on a regular basisStay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competitionAdhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure the sales team does the sameRequirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory roleProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong negotiation and customer service abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareValid driver's license and a clean driving recordEEOC Statement:Nissan of Gadsden provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
