In this role, you will oversee the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the service journey. Sales Manager Responsibilities: Enhance Sales Department efficiency for customer satisfaction, sales, and cost control. Set annual Sales Department goals and budgets in line with organizational objectives. Develop and execute a marketing plan, monitor results. Recruit, train, and retain key talent. Coordinate customer events and negotiate service settlements. Manage work-in-progress and rework. Implement best practices and standardized processes. Submit warranty claims on time and maintain service facilities. Fulfill assigned duties. Sales Manager Qualifications: High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred). In-depth knowledge ofd heavy equipment technology. Minimum 5 years of experience in a heavy equipment service department (or equivalent experience). Supervisory or management experience. Strong communication, math, and analytical skills. Professional appearance. Team building and leadership skills. Compensation: $50000 to $125,000 Annually. Base+ commission(incentives) figured into annual.
