Responsibilities
• Promoting a culture of accountability and meeting store goals• Driving company profitability through operational excellence• Planning and executing in-store events• Reviewing/interpreting financial and operational reporting• Performing make-up applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent• Supporting associate professional development• Establishing strong brand partner relationships• Promoting teamwork and guest service excellence• Executing the Guest Engagement Leader program flawlessly
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Financial management and retail management experience• Leadership management experience• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
