We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager for our Houston office
The role will cover representation of Kayrros' products and services to US Energy Operators firstly (O&G operations &
intelligence), and financial institutions secondly (Traders / Commodity Traders, Asset Managers).
The leader chosen will be expected to work effectively with current sales executives and senior management. The Sales Manager will be responsible mainly for developing new clients and also for managing existing clients. He/she will also need to be conversant enough in the products area to be able to contribute and help focus the Product Management and Technical Development teams of the tools physical and financial traders use.

Kayrros Product Offerings
- Suite of Dataproducts, such as: Crude Oil Intelligence, Ops-Trackers (E&P Intelligence), Solar Energy for Traders, Battery Storage Monitor, Carbon Forest Monitoring, Carbon Watch, Methane Watch, Energy Infrastructure Demand Monitoring, Wildfire Risk Management, Nature Base solution, etc.
- Enterprise Insights Platform: to help strategic clients to build up / configure their own Use cases, based on Kayrros Technology.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensures Sales cycle from 1 to 3 months, average size deal from 50K$ ARR to 150K$ ARRR.
- Sell to Energy Operators and Financial Institutions Industry.
- Generate and monitor pipeline to secure a recurring flow of business. Work closely with Kayrros Marketing and BDR (Bus. Dev Representative) to do so.
- Ensure coordination between clients and product teams for feedback, after sales support and related topics.
- Ensure reporting as per Kayrros management processes (weekly update of his/her quarterly Forecast, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned to senior management.
- Ensure consistent compliance with regulations and Kayrros Code of Ethics.

Requirements Irrespective of an individual's specific background, the successful candidate will be:
- Experienced hunter with the ability to open doors, and a structured approach to build up pipeline.
- 5 – 7 years of Sales experience.
- Background in Data selling mainly, or Business SaaS Software (not IT software) or Research world.
- Creative and pushy, action & result driven.
- Able to open new markets (and excited by it).
- Green or ESG background would be considered as a plu
