Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will hold team members accountable, track sales and leads, and fill in vacant roles as needed. This role requires a hands-on approach, with frequent visits to team members to support and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable for their performance and targets. Track and analyze sales metrics and leads, ensuring the team meets and exceeds goals.
