Sales Lot Attendant/ Washbay/Detail

Job Summary:The Sales Lot Attendant/ Wash bay/Detail at Findlay Subaru Prescott is responsible for maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory and ensuring it is clean, presentable, and ready for sale. This position is also responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as washing, waxing, and detailing.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time hourly position in the auto industry, with a competitive salary and benefits package. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401K retirement plan.Responsibilities:Wash and detail vehicles for display and saleEnsure vehicles on the lot are organized and easily accessiblePerform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotationsInspect vehicles for potential issues and report them to managementKeep the dealership lot clean and presentable at all timesAssist with moving and organizing vehicles as neededPrepare vehicles for customer test drivesMaintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenishedAdhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all timesAssist with other dealership tasks as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in automotive detailing or maintenance preferredPhysical ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cleaning techniquesMust possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 poundsEEOC Statement:Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
