• Act as direct support for Management Team• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and selling• Work with integrity as Manager On Duty when needed• Efficiently process customer transactions and merchandise shelves• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts• Maintain store maintenance and follow loss prevention standards• Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Ability to work a flexible schedule• Passion for the health & wellness industry
