Position: Sales Executive
Location: 100% remote within Washington or Idaho State, or based in our Pullman, WA office.
Type: Full-time
Overview:
We're seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves sourcing new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and growing client accounts. Strong networking, organization, and communication skills are essential. While prior experience in the custom merchandise and promotional products industry is advantageous, it's not mandatory. We provide invaluable support, including an in-house design department and a dedicated client services team, to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new leads and nurture existing relationships.
Service and grow client accounts with support from internal teams.
Achieve sales goals, with a minimum target of $600K annually.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Deliver exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly.
Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience required.
Experience in the custom merchandise and promotional products industry preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Self-starter with strong self-leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
