About the Role
Are you a passionate Sales Executive ready to make a significant impact on our top-line revenue? As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in acquiring new partners for our Premier Agent Program. Through strategic outreach and engagement, you'll introduce real estate professionals to our innovative platform, driving growth and meeting revenue targets. This remote position offers the flexibility to excel in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and advise potential partners on our products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct strategic prospecting, qualifying, and closing of new accounts through outbound cold calls.
- Engage with prospects using virtual meeting platforms to present our offerings effectively.
- Exceed assigned sales quotas and activity metrics consistently on a monthly basis.
- Establish credibility as an industry expert in real estate marketing.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, including product demos and consultative recommendations.
- Navigate sales tools and programs efficiently, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle B2B inside sales.
- Proven track record of closing transactional sales on a monthly basis.
- Goal-oriented with a determined approach to daily outbound cold calling.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to conducting business with honesty and integrity.
