Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique challenges and requirements. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our equipment's technical specifications, capabilities, and applications. Solution Selling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to meet clients' needs effectively. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, specifications, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Sales Strategy: Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market share. Travel: Occasionally travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 4+ years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed. Benefits: Competitive salary and commission structure.
