Responsibilities
• Performs sales and customer services at a retail window• Maintains inventory and sells stamps, stamped paper, and retail products• Accepts and delivers packages and accountable mail• Handles customer claims and inquiries• Provides information to the public regarding postal regulations• Assists customers with transactions• Maintains appearance of retail lobby and displays• Conducts product inventories and maintenance• Handles and distributes mail and post office duties• May perform passport duties as assigned
Requirements
