Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) Opportunity - Contract-to-Hire
Are you an experienced Sales or Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) seeking a dynamic opportunity? Look no further! We're excited to invite passionate professionals to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers flexibility with remote work from anywhere in the US.
Compensation and Benefits

Role Overview
As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up discovery calls for our Account Executives. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads within target market segments
Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our offerings
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies
Provide valuable insights to improve sales and marketing efforts
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
Role Expectations
Achieve monthly quota of booking quality discovery calls for Account Executives
Qualifications
Required:
Previous experience as an SDR or BDR
Preferred:
Experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in custom software and services
Proficiency in multi-channel engagement strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
Organization and time management skills
Intermediate proficiency in using Google Suite
Ability to take direction and feedback well
Salary Range
$865 per week + commission based on discovery calls booked and completed
