Responsibilities
Be the external voice of the company, always educating prospects Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Sales Manager Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results Be motivated to meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Be a good listener and respond to inquiries with empathy and knowledge Comfortable helping build SOP and establishing sales best practices. Qualifications
1+ years of working experience as a Sales Development Representative Ideally, if you have experience in SaaS & the MSP market in a high-performance environment, B2B Familiarity with Hubspot or experience working with similar CRMs Demonstrable learning mentality Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment History of pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. Startup Mentality!  Strong planning, writing, presentation, and communication skills Self-starters, quick learners, and like to operate with pace & passion Want to work hard, work smart, and become very successful!
