Responsibilities
• Pursue sales leads and visit important existing and new customers.• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.• Respond to complex customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and conclude sales orders.• Identify and contact prospective customers to generate future sales and repeat business.• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity to appropriate contacts.• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and adapt activities to meet objectives.• Establish sales plans and prioritize activities to meet targets.• Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives.• Recommend additional solutions and services to clients.• Partners with internal resources to execute deliverables and provide customer service.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to sales.• 3 years of relevant work experience in sales.• Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to identify critical elements, variables, and alternatives to develop solutions.• Ability to organize/prioritize resources and incorporate new information.• Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.• Participate in job skills training and development activities.• Desire to learn about RRD's products and services.• Knowledge of the selling cycle and ability to make cold calls.• Familiarity with standard software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
