As an Administrative Department Assistant you will : Prepare trade show booth for upcoming show – stock with supplies Follow-up after trade shows - process customer and broker inquiries, send samples and documents, enter all information into a database Follow up with customers and brokers after sending samples After each trade show make sure everything is intact and restock supplies for the next show Track current and new customer's products via their websites and enter that information into our database Process quote requests Send samples to labs Process all customer and broker requests
The ideal candidate will have: Answer phones Clerical support for various departments Process documents Assist all departments with various special projects Filing
