Sales Coordinator Summary/Objective: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by facilitating order processing, maintaining client communication, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinates periodic sales programs and promotions based on merchandising trends. Compiles materials and coordinates activities related to special events such as holidays, trade shows, or anticipated product release. Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to pricing, quantities, and product specifications. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to generate quotes, proposals, and presentations. Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations for client meetings. Coordinates activities in various departments to ensure advertising and sales programs reach targeted customers in a timely and effective manner. Generate regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and potential growth opportunities. Develops and maintains files related to sales programs, weekly ads, and marketing and special event communications; ensures they are available for future reference. Oversees printing and production of advertising and sales materials. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Extremely creative and inventive. Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data. Organized and detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills. Education and Experience: High school degree required, Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field, preferably in an industrial or warehouse environment. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
