Sales Coordinator Location: Flexible (Hybrid/Remote)- Vernon Hills, IL Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Industry Solutions Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Global Industry Solutions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting various administrative tasks and strategic projects within the Global Industry Solutions department.
Responsibilities:
Global Industry Solutions Support:
Track monthly sales results for Primary and Growth accounts across all groups. Provide support for Salesforce automation projects and facilitate the transition of data checking functions to Finance. Create and maintain Industry dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau. Assist in budget planning activities, including the creation of Industry sales forecasts and account sales planning. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to support Industry Marketing activities, including collateral creation, sales training content development, and participation in Industry trade shows. Coordinate and attend team meetings to gain insights into each team's activities and customer markets. Generate and consolidate monthly reports, conduct pricing/margin analysis for special projects, and assist with other administrative tasks and strategic projects as assigned by Directors/Senior Managers. Executive Administrative Support to Vice President:
Manage travel arrangements, including booking airfare, lodging, and local transportation. Maintain the VP Global Industry Solution's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics. Assist in the preparation of presentations for customer or internal meetings, ensuring regular updates to GIS overview/strategy presentations. Handle administrative tasks such as approving CRM quotes, processing paid time off requests, signing NDAs/contracts, and responding to ad-hoc requests from the VP. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Travel Requirements:
Up to 10% travel required for attending group meetings and Industry trade shows in the Americas. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with Salesforce and Tableau preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
