This position is instrumental in achieving key marketing objectives and ensuring the representation of our Company's brand image contributing to continued growth of branch and its Sales Associates.Responsibilities for this role include:Efficiently processing and maintaining of sales files; process listings, escrows and closingsTimely processing of commissionsHandling multi-line phone system and warmly greeting customersAssisting Sales Associates with advertising/marketing needsHelp drive agent adoption of the various Coldwell Banker support tools and systemsCreating various marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, postcards, social media posts and ads by leveraging company templates and other resourcesParticipating in onboarding process for new Sales AssociatesInteracting with Title companies and updating commission demands as neededProficiency using general office equipment, including email, fax, scanners, copiers, printers and phonesManaging the office Facebook pageDelivering high level of customer service to clients and our Sales AssociatesBasic Skills/QualificationsPrevious experience working in a real estate office is beneficialMinimum of one year experience as a receptionist or administrative assistantDemonstrated accuracy in data entry for a minimum of one yearProficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet usageStrong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments while maintaining poise and excellent customer serviceAbility to handle multiple tasks, coordinate and prioritize projects and provide excellent customer serviceProactive and independent work style, coupled with strong organizational, time management, and communication skillsIf you are passionate about making an impact while helping others succeed and possess the skills and qualifications mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this Sales Coordinator position.
