Job Description:

· We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
· Understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with perspective clients in their home, office or through virtual consultations to assess their window treatment needs.
· Provide advice on product options, design, and functionality to help customers make informed decisions.
· Prepare and present customized solutions, including detailed quotes and product samples.
· Close sales and process orders accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales and installation process.
· Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
