Responsibilities
• Help customers find power equipment products that match their needs• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customers' preferences and budget• Assist customers in the retail financing process• Manage the ordering of power equipment for store stock and customer special orders• Receive, move, and display power equipment products• Follow the Indoor Merchandising Guide• Conduct power equipment demonstrations• Assist customers in locating items and provide suitable alternatives• Address customer concerns and provide resolutions• Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Sales or customer service experience preferred• Knowledge and passion for agriculture and farm equipment• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Strong problem-solving abilities• Results-driven mindset• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Basic computer skills• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
