The right candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. Basic duties include:-Maintaining existing customer relationships by providing superior customer service-Plans, negotiates and represents the company while performing the work away from our place of business.-Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment with the authority to make recommendations and independent choices.-Assisting customers with their event rental needs-Accurately recording and communicating customer orders-Traveling throughout the valley to various locations for event set-ups.-Space and Event Planning-Manage a book of businessQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:-Knowledge of Microsoft and other computer based programs-Superb Customer service skills-The ability to multitask-A flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends)-Excellent communication skills-An affinity for detail-Must possess a valid California driver license (Class C) with an acceptable driving record.-Must be computer literate-Rental equipment knowledge (Tenting, lighting, tables, chairs and more)-Event industry experience a requirement.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
