We are working with a pre-IPO, PE-backed SaaS cybersecurity company, generating $350M in revenue and serving as a long-time Nagler Group client. They are seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Manager to join Their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. This position will play a crucial role in managing the sales compensation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting the sales team with accurate and timely commission payments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytics experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with sales professionals.
Job Title: Sr. Sales Compensation Manager - TEMP (Potential for Permanent Role)
Location: Somerville, MA (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week onsite)
Duration: Temporary with potential for permanent placement
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in annual planning of sales capacity, incentive plan structure, and quota assignment Deliver reporting and analytics on sales performance metrics Execute the monthly commission process end-to-end, including accrual, review, approval, and payment Oversee sales spiff programs and budget Provide ongoing support and resolution for commission-related inquiries Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Sales Operations) Oversee the implementation and administration of incentives automation software Manage ongoing changes and streamline the commission process Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation management Previous experience managing sales incentive programs Superb attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel or Google Sheets Experience with Domo is a plus Management experience preferred Compensation:
