Responsibilities
• Consistently demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)• Process customer purchases, perform cleaning duties, and stock shelves• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory counts• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and company policies• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately• Ability to safely and properly operate equipment• Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and within a team environment• Stay organized, give attention to detail, and follow instructions• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
