This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who are seeking a part-time position that includes sales, scheduling, social media and more in a fun and growth oriented wellness studio offering 1:1 assisted stretching.Position: The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, membership coordination and retention, retail sales.Compensation & Perks:Competitive compensation $13-15/hr plus commission and discretionary bonusDiscounts on studio and retail servicesHuge opportunities for leadership and growth as we expand across the Gulf CoastBe part of growing, nationwide organizations with Stretchlab and Xponential Fitness (parent company of Stretchlab)Responsibilities:Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeBook and confirm stretch sessionsManage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studioConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wantsMaintain an acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and comply with the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessionsParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubEnsure the studio is clean and tidyOther duties as assignedRequirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retailAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be required15-20 hours per week; Some Saturdays requiredHealth/Wellness/Fitness background and or undergraduate/graduate studies in health related field preferred, but not requiredAbout Us:StretchLab is taking over the U.S. as the premier destination for one-on-one assisted stretching services with over 450 locations open nationwide.
