Responsibilities
• Interacting with customers in a no-haggle sales environment• Buying customer's vehicles and helping select their perfect vehicle• Negotiating terms and closing deals• Providing exceptional customer experience and following up for customer satisfaction• Transitioning customers to the Service department
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals• Prior sales experience, retail preferred• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Willingness to follow up with customers• Experience and desire to work with technology• Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record
