• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service• Assess customers needs and provide information on our products, features and benefits• Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping• Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom• Be a self-starter when doing tasks• Juggle multiple customers at a time• Be a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observations• Own personal sales goals, along with team goals
Requirements
• Work experience as a sales associate• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices• Proficiency utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems• Solid communication and interpersonal skills• Customer service focus• High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus
