Responsibilities
• Create a welcoming environment for customers• Respond to customer inquiries and needs• Deliver a great customer experience• Assist in locating and selecting merchandise• Engage with customers using selling techniques• Introduce sales, promotions, and brand initiatives• Complete sales transactions and maintain accountability• Process merchandise returns and exchanges• Maintain visual standards for the selling floor and displays• Provide support for cross-functional departments
Requirements
• Minimum of one year of retail sales experience preferred• Previous cash handling experience preferred• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills• Excellent interpersonal skills• Ability to act with integrity and business maturity• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs• Ability to perform repetitive motions and physical tasks• Must be at least 16 years of age
